- one of two versions of AL58 released in Hong Kong on 16th
November 2015. The models have an adhesive removal strip applied over
the Marlboro decals as tobacco advertising is not allowed on any
models. My thanks to Ramon Chan for providing me with photographs of his model.
The bus
- Kowloon Motor Bus introduced one-hundred and fifty 11-metre air
conditioned
Leyland Olympians into its fleet between 1990 and 1993. These were the
first air-conditioned double-deckers in the fleet and they operated
mainly
on urban and New Territory routes. Withdrawal of these buses began in
2008.
